Nothing has closed. In September 2025, Karen Malan and Théresa Luyt joined forces with Mervyn Vermeulen to establish Malan Vermeulen Incorporated — South Africa's first ADR-only law firm. All private mediation, parenting plans, divorce mediation and workplace matters now run through MV Inc.
